The Tar-Hunt RGS Professional is a bolt-action 12-gauge hunting shotgun with a rifled barrel, and this modern-production example, serial B351, carries a 22.5-inch tube with an excellent bore. The finish and the stock are both rated excellent, overall condition is excellent, and length of pull measures 13.5 inches. It comes with a sling and a Zeiss 2.5-8x32 scope already in the package.

This is about as Pennsylvania as a deer gun gets. The state allows manually operated shotguns firing single-projectile loads for deer and bear statewide, so a bolt-action rifled slug gun under a variable scope is a purpose-built tool for the November 28 to December 13 firearms deer season and the November 21 to 24 bear days. It is also the kind of gun to look at if you hunt the Special Regulations Area counties around Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, where the rules are tighter; check the digest for your unit. With scope and sling included, it is ready for the stand once sighted in.
