A partial box of .38 S&W blank cartridges by Winchester holding 11 rounds. These are smokeless blanks, loaded without a bullet, in the .38 S&W case. The box is not full, which is disclosed, and the listing grades it as used; the value is in the Winchester box and the remaining rounds as cartridge-collector items rather than as a working supply.

Blanks like these belong with a Pennsylvania collector of Winchester packaging or of .38 S&W variations, and a partial box is a sensible way to fill that slot. Do not use vintage blanks in a firearm; old primers and powder of unknown storage history are unpredictable, and the point of this box is the label and the headstamps rather than the bang. Keep it dry and it will sit happily in a cartridge cabinet next to the full boxes.
