This Smith & Wesson Model 27-2 is a 1970s N-frame revolver in .357 Magnum with a 6-inch pinned barrel and recessed cylinder, serial N449007. It wears a blue finish and wood target grips, is rated in excellent condition, and comes in a wooden presentation case.

For a Pennsylvania owner this is a range and home revolver with collector appeal. The 6-inch barrel and target grips make it a steady gun for a Sunday at a club range, and the N-frame is built around the .357 Magnum cartridge. The pinned barrel and recessed cylinder mark it as earlier production, which is what Model 27 collectors look for, and the presentation case keeps it protected between outings. Pennsylvania has no permit to purchase, no registration and no waiting period; the transfer is federal Form 4473, the state Record of Sale and a PICS check at your dealer. Any later private sale must go through a licensed dealer or the county sheriff's office.
